Arch. Radu Ion has worked the longest hours on Luther Building, after being appointed by arch. Bogdan Babici to collaborate on all aspects of this challenging endeavor.
Radu knows every detail of the building, and we mean every possible architecture detail, after he had to reconsider over and over every centimeter, every apartment, changes of law and market preferences and coordinate all specialties – structures, installations, fire protection and interior architecture. It is always a privilege to work with architects that design for the people, taking their ego off the table, with the intent of creating a human scale architecture while serving the city the way they know best. He is exceptionally well prepared when it comes to the technical aspects of the construction site, a staple of Bogdan Babici’s mentorship.
