A masterpiece reborn

Fosta Fabrica (meaning literally The Former Factory) is the biggest consolidation and conversion of monuments in the city of Bucharest, developed by a private investor to date.

The project includes four monuments and a completely new residential building.

It unfolds on a surface of more than a hectare and it truly begins when the construction phase is completed.

Only the new apartments will be sold, and some of the lofts from Maltarie, whereas the rest of the buildings and parks will remain in the property of Luther Imobiliare. The main purpose of the project is to create the perfect backdrop for the birth of a community of residents, entrepreneurs, creators, artists and HORECA operators that will resonate with the architecture, the landscaping, the lifestyle and the business approach that we propose. It is a very long-term project, which started in 1869, as envisioned by Luther family, that will continue to endure for many decades. A restart. A rebirth.

NEW RESIDENTIAL

Luther Building

The only completely new building in the Fosta Fabrica project, Luther Building is imagined in the shape of a “skyline”, 30m away from the Orzarie monument, proposing four different textures and volumes of the façade.

It is comprised of two segments and a total number of 156 apartments in over 44 different architecture configurations. Double studios, one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom apartments or even five bedroom duplexes. At the upper floors it includes what we like to call Lofties, which are apartments that have a special configuration, such as 150sqm terraces, green houses, outdoor kitchens or double heights in living room areas.

Double STUDIO

There are a few units in the Luther Building that have been conceived based on the theme of a studio, but with well separated and well outlined spaces, with a separate bedroom and kitchen.

There are multiple varieties of two-bedroom apartments in the Luther Building, ranging from 87 sqm to 210 sqm. You will find here just three examples.

We named them “Lofties” because they are atypical. Some have terraces larger than the living area, others have greenhouses, summer kitchens, east/west views.
