Dr. Ing. Cristian Rusanu is the one who signed the structure of the Luther Building, with verifying expert Prof. Dr. Ing. Paul Ioan.
He is considered one of the “conservatives”, because he never compromises on the optimal conformation of a building, always dedicated to ensuring the safest and most protected environment for its inhabitants. He is part of the faculty at the University of Constructions, he designed and promoted e-learning platforms, professional methodologies and he never stops learning and teaching. Due to his design, Luther Building has a very safe and trustworthy structure, with several particularities that we would love to talk to you about, if you decide to visit the construction site. Quality in constructions is so natural to him that it was very hard for us to convince him to talk about it. He does it as if “there is nothing much”, because it is only “normal” to do your absolute best when it comes to safety for people.
