Tecon won the architecture pitch organized by the developer seven years ago, when this immense saga of continuing the heritage of the Luther family started. They won the architecture pitch because they understood the passion that the developer had for the consolidation and conversion of the four monuments, they closely analyzed and integrated the historical studies, they visited the site numerous times and they were capable to generate an architecture that will transcend and take this story further.
