In Luther Building there are 26 units with 3 bedrooms. Versions developed on one level only, or two levels with double hight. Some of them feature terraces of over 60 sqm, offices on slabs measuring 15 sqm, libraries and reading nooks. Here presented only a small part of those apartments.
The apartments with a large usable area and three bedrooms are a rather rare sight on the local market, since they are considered less popular and require a larger budget to purchase. At first Luther Building was also featuring just a few units of such scale, but upon discussing with other community members we understood that currently many families have more than two kids, they need en-suite, offices, working spaces or even artist studios. Artists, architects, marketers, lawyers, doctors, entrepreneurs and all areas of free-lancing professionals are actively looking for this lifestyle. Bucharest is changing, fast.
As such we had to rethink spaces and interior volumes, in order to be able to provide these options. In addition, also upon meeting the clients we understood that the urban garden located at the 10th floor, over 400 sqm, is seen as an option for work and meetings.
