During the design phase for the one-bedroom apartments, we looked for solutions to provide the apartment with as many glazed surfaces as possible, with windows on two sides, a feature usually reserved for apartments with large surface areas. Or work-from-home friendly apartments, for which we’ve added an extra office space that can have multiple functions and, of course, two bathrooms.
