Bringing history back to life in a contemporary fashion

It is a long-term project, initially envisioned by Luther family in 1869, that will endure for generations.

Our main objective is the community that will live, work and create in the context provided by Fosta Fabrica, the ones that will resonate with the enclave of heritage, architecture, landscaping and entrepreneurship that the project is now presenting to the city.

Only the Luther Building apartments will be sold, together with some of the lofts in Maltarie monument. The rest of the buildings and spaces will remain the property of the developer, thus ensuring that the vision will be implemented and continued as intended.

Inspired by mid-century design esthetics, “quoting” some of the industrial architecture features of Orzarie and Maltarie, Luther Building is signed by Tecon Architecture, arch. Bogdan Babici and arch. Radu Ion, who naturally integrated this completely new building among heritage buildings, gardens and public spaces.
